As independent consultants, we architect the blueprint for the solution with an estimate of costs. This task may include developing a Business Analysis document, identifying the needs and processes of the customer, as well as an Request For Proposals to invite tenders from appropriate vendors.

Although we partner with some good companies, we are agnostic when it comes to assessing and comparing solutions. We will always advise on the best option that is the most appropriate solution for the customer, in terms of features, suitability and costs.
